Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in automation, AI, or digital product management
2+ years managing automation portfolios, AI initiatives, or digital products
Proven experience implementing automation or AI solutions on enterprise platforms
Familiarity with ServiceNow’s GenAI capabilities
Demonstrated ability to govern and scale automation initiatives
Experience collaborating with engineers, developers and enterprise architects
Background in ITIL-based or shared services environments
