Job Summary

  • Lead critical initiatives across customer communications, contact data integrity, and digital experience platforms, sitting at the intersection of communications technology, customer operations, and digital product management.
  • Own and manage operational customer messaging within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, designing and building engaging templates and developing dynamic email content using AMPscript.
  • Provide project management support for enhancements and ongoing development of the online customer portal, collaborating with UX/UI designers and digital stakeholders.
