The role requires a minimum commitment of 12 hours per month and participation in an ICF-certified coaching program to master Mento's coaching methodology
Job Summary
The role involves forming 1:1 partnerships with members to help them identify goals, become better leaders, and solve work problems.
All coaches must participate in an immersive, ICF-certified training program to master the Mento Coaching Methodology before working with members.
This is a fully remote contract position open to candidates based in North America or Europe who can dedicate at least 12 hours per month.
