ASM Global is seeking a Group Sales Associate to support group ticket sales and subscriptions for events at Dominion Energy Center and Altria Theater. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Job Summary

  • Assist with the purchase of group orders to events at all ASM Richmond venues, in particular Altria Theater.
  • Manage incoming patron calls, including inquiries, ticket exchanges, ticket fulfillment and customer service.
  • Make daily outbound calls to cultivate existing clients and generate new business possibilities.
