Job Summary
The Staff Scientist – Oxidative Chemistry is responsible for the development, optimization, and commercialization support of peracetic acid–based formulations across multiple end-use applications.
Key responsibilities include leading formulation design, optimizing PAA formulations for performance, stability, and manufacturability, and designing experiments to assess kinetics and degradation pathways.
The role requires supporting pilot- and plant-scale trials, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and driving formulation improvements to reduce cost and enhance supply resilience.
