Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, charting, and maintaining reports, as well as administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation monitoring, and equipment and supply management to ensure quality resident care.
