Job Summary

• Leverages telecommunications industry, technology, and business knowledge to lead conversations with our clients designed to identify business challenges and leverage the full portfolio of CSG solutions, products, services, and partners to provide innovative and relevant solutions to solve those challenges.
• Create proposals. Respond to RFP’s, RFQ’s and proactive bids while working closely with all teams to develop the win strategy, competitor evaluation, and differentiated value propositions.
• The Customer Solution Consultant works with our telecommunications clients (e.g., mobile, fixed, cable, broadband, converged and digital service providers) to understand and align their strategic goals and objectives with the appropriate solutions, products, and services.
