Job Summary
Oversee enterprise-wide governance, organization, metadata management, and lifecycle operations across Bynder and Adobe AEM Assets to ensure all brand, product, creative, and marketing assets are properly cataloged, consistently tagged, rights-managed, and easily discoverable for global teams.
Partner with Brand, Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, and IT teams to standardize workflows, support adoption, and ensure the DAM ecosystem enhances content delivery across websites, apps, campaigns, and customer-facing tools.
The role includes leading onboarding and training for new DAM users, developing documentation, providing ongoing support, and tracking key DAM performance metrics to optimize asset reuse and streamline content operations.
