Job Summary
As our Safety Business Partner, you’ll work alongside operational leaders to embed practical, people-first safety solutions across our agribusiness operations.
In addition to providing operational safety support and risk management strategies you will provide specialist advice and assistance for all work health and safety matters and recommend and implement practical solutions in line with Harvest Road Agribusiness operational models and associated legislation.

Key Requirements
Diploma level qualifications in Work Health and Safety
At least 5 years of experience in a Safety role
Experience working in regional environments
Experience in the agricultural industry
Previous experience in a remote support role
Ability to undertake frequent and regular regional travel
