Job Summary

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and support large-scale customer deployments in public and private clouds.
  • Own and track customer issues using our ticket tracking system and answer support cases across all severity levels.
  • Work with customers and partners to understand and troubleshoot their deployments through multiple layers of the software stack.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Kubernetes/Openshift/Tanzu/VMware container solutions
  • AWS, Azure, or other cloud technologies
  • Customer-facing technical support/SRE experience
  • Troubleshoot deployments and application workflows
  • Communicate proactively and clearly

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with DevOps tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform
  • Self-motivated and proactive problem solver
  • Willingness to work shifts and on-call rotations

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and/or related technical experience
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing, technical support work/SRE
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes/Openshift/Tanzu/VMware container solutions
  • Working knowledge or experience of AWS, Azure or other related cloud technologies
  • Fluent in English
