Job Summary

• The purpose of this position is to serve as an Associate Engineer for our Broadcast IT engineering department during live productions as well as facilitate the day-to-day operations, including incident response, service requests, troubleshoot systemic problems, inventory documentation, and training.
• This position requires problem solving skills, technical depth, and operational knowledge.

Salary

Base: $59,507.00 - $110,512.00 salary per year; Bonus/Equity: annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards; Benefits: health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.

Key Requirements

• 1+ Years of experience in television, multimedia content, or broadcast maintenance
• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent work experience
• Troubleshoot and repair broadcast and computer equipment
• Basic understanding audio/video signal flow and routing
• Knowledge of computer desktop hardware/applications and data networking
