Job Summary

  • The Safety Organized Practice (SOP) Coach is responsible for the training delivery of Safety Organized Practice, Structured Decision Making, or other contracted training initiatives for identified DCFS families staff and stakeholders.
  • This position is directly responsible to the Safety Organized Practice Training Coordinator and is a full-time annually renewed grant-funded position requiring extensive travel.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 1 year professional experience
  • Professional experience in mentoring, teaching, or training
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred
  • Professional experience with child maltreatment assessments preferred
