This role oversees Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Succession Planning while partnering closely with Ferrovial Corporate HR.
Candidates must have 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, acquisition, and learning within large-scale, globally distributed organizations.
