Performs accurate quantity takeoffs from design documents in 2D and 3D (BIM) format and obtains accurate and up to date pricing information from databases, contractors, suppliers, etc. to utilize in estimates.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or related field
Four years relevant experience
Strong technology skills and knowledge of standard estimating system functionality
Knowledge of CSI MasterFormat and Uniformat WBS's preferred
Proficiency in Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI and Microsoft Project
