This 12-month traineeship supports First Nations participants to build transferable skills in a professional corporate environment while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
Participants will gain hands-on experience in hospitality services, concierge-style customer service, meeting room preparation, and administration within CommBank workplaces.
The program offers strong leadership, peer support, mentoring, and a culturally safe environment including dedicated yarning circles.
