Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, Social Sciences, or related field
2-3 years in education project management or community work
Knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum development, teaching methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication in English and local languages
Proficiency in MS Office and database management
Ability to travel/ride a motorcycle to field locations (>80% of the time)
VALID Riding permit is MUST HAVE
