Job Summary

  • The Business Control Specialist engages and enables the Head of a business or support function to deliver on its 1LoD accountabilities of creating optimal design, execution, and monitoring of all relevant Non-Financial Risk and/or Compliance requirements and enhancing risk culture for the domain.
  • The role involves enabling local business/risk owners in risk judgment and assessment, driving E2E issue and event management, creating local monitoring plans, and acting as BCM Coordinator and 1st Line of Defence for Compliance.
