  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination
  • More than 75% day and overnight travel

Nice-to-have

  • ASE Master Status certification preferred
  • Ability to influence actions through credibility
  • Experience with Lemon Law arbitration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Result driven even in face of resistance
