Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Doctorate degree with 7+ years experience
Medical and Publications content development
ICMJE and GPP guidelines implementation
Pharmaceutical commercialization process knowledge
Global publication or medical communications experience
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of AI tools in scientific communications
Experience with omnichannel digital engagement platforms
Strong project management with self-direction
Ability to work effectively with global virtual teams
Track record of strategic execution in matrix environment
Key Requirements
Advanced scientific degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) or Master's/MBBS with 10+ years
Minimum 5+ years in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development within biopharma
Understanding of regulatory and legal guidelines affecting prescription product promotion
