Job Summary
As Head of People & Culture (P&C), Retail, Brand & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy behind one of Australia’s most visible and customer‑critical portfolios.
Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture Business Partnering & Performance, you will work closely with the Executive General Manager (EGM) and senior leadership team for Retail, Brand & Marketing, as well as specialist Centres of Excellence across People & Culture.
