  • 8 to 10 years of consulting experience
  • Deep hands-on expertise in one or more leading EPM platforms
  • Strong grounding across core finance domains
  • Strong AI and advanced analytics capabilities applied to Finance
  • Broad Finance Transformation expertise
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
  • Fluency in English and French
