Rock Honda is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team in Fontana, CA. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive service, particularly with Honda vehicles, and will be responsible for facilitating communication between customers and technicians while managing service requests and repair orders.

Job Summary
Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician, ensuring needs are understood and service is clearly communicated.
Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, and prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering them into the service database system.
