Job Summary

  • Responsible for being a control and supervision link for the development of planned activities for one or more assigned projects.
  • Design, administer and update salary structures, bands and ranges, performing competitiveness analysis based on market studies and formulating recommendations for adjustments supported by evidence.
  • Conduct personnel selection processes, preferably for managerial level, from candidate search and evaluation to the preparation and presentation of the final report.
