Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5 years experience in transportation infrastructure construction
  • 4 years experience in heavy civil, urban, design/build, P3 projects >$250M
  • Experience managing highway/bridge construction budget and schedule
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers
  • Experience with AutoCAD/3D, MicroStation, Bluebeam Revit, SketchUp, or MS Project
  • Experience with P3, Primavera P6, or MS Project scheduling software
  • Experience conducting daily field inspections
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams
