The Regional Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs and the mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
This role requires reviewing patient charts in Net Health EMR and Point Click Care to ensure strict adherence to company policy and Medicare guidelines.
The incumbent will assist facilities in achieving survey excellence by participating in mock surveys, state licensing surveys, and developing plans of correction.
