  • As a Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, HIV Prevention, you will play a critical and exciting role within the HIV Prevention leadership team, helping to develop and refine processes that drive performance of the current PrEP portfolio, lead key projects and initiatives, and accelerate business outcomes.
  • The incumbent will oversee key operational activities, lead cross-functional activities and strategic projects within the business, and act as a thought partner to ensure strong organizational strategy and direction.
  • The salary range for this position is: $243,100.00 - $314,600.00. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a benefits package.

  • Adept and knowledgeable about the biotech and biopharma industry
