Job Summary

  • The Facility Manager (FM) Site Lead is accountable for driving FM capabilities at the Warsaw DePuy site while providing oversight to the facilities management outsourced partners.
  • This role ensures the consistent safe and GxP compliant delivery of all facility related functions, including facility maintenance operations, infrastructure management, workplace experience, space management, efficient delivery of site services, maintenance and utilities operations, project delivery and energy management.
  • The successful candidate will also lead the FM organization to become a high performing team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business and/or architecture
  • Minimum of 6 years of facilities, engineering in a Regulated and GXP environment
  • Professional Engineer designation preferred

  • Budget/financial management skills
