Key responsibilities include developing the 5+ year enterprise strategy, partnering with C-suite leaders on strategic projects, preparing Board and investor-ready materials, supporting M&A due diligence, and driving the annual Strategic Planning process.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in strategy, strong leadership skills, and a track record of results through influence and persuasion, with a preference for candidates based within commuting distance of Humana's corporate offices or talent hubs.
