Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6-8 years post-qualifying legal experience
Admitted to the Indonesian Bar
Complex commercial transaction experience
Lead legal negotiations for IT deals
Manage escalation of legal risks
Nice-to-have
Experience with Gen/Agentic AI transactions
Background in SaaS or cloud transactions
Knowledge of state-owned enterprise procurement
Previous law firm or IT vendor experience
Ability to train and guide legal team members
Key Requirements
