Job Summary

This position involves a wide range of progressively responsible maintenance tasks including preventive maintenance, repair, and construction of state-maintained roads within McDowell County.
The role requires monitoring tasks performed by inmates and other workers and responding to emergencies such as snow and ice removal, downed trees, and traffic control cleanup during normal and emergency call back hours.
