TaylorMade Golf is seeking an Off-course Staff Support Coordinator to enhance operational excellence within their Staff Support team, focusing on contract execution, staff communications, and event preparation. The ideal candidate should possess strong golf knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and extensive experience in customer service and account management

Job Summary

  • This position is part of the US Staff Support team, and is responsible for providing operational excellence for the Staff program through the contract execution process, Staff communications, as well as assisting with event preparation and execution.
  • Key responsibilities include management of the Off Course/Strategic Staff Program, contract distribution and completion, reconciliation processes, and assisting with event planning.
  • The role requires frequent domestic travel (estimated 25%) and the ability to work extended hours as necessary, including weekends.
