Job Summary

• You will play a key role in the memories the guest experiences during their stay by telling them about the amenities the hotel has to offer and showing them all the options they have to make lasting memories.
• You provide full Concierge services, including but not limited to restaurant reservations, golf tee time bookings, car rentals, arranging transportation via various methods, assisting with flights and any guest request within the realm of the job spectrum.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• High school diploma
• College degree in Hospitality or Business is an asset
• Luxury Customer Service Experience
• Previous experience within Front Office at a 5-Star Hotel preferred
• Minimum of two year’s work experience at a 5-Star Hotel preferred
• Must provide proof of eligibility to be employed in the United States of America
