  • Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of O2C Sales & commercial processes within the HERO Program, covering activities from boutique and wholesale replenishment in alignment with ERP system capabilities and local market needs.
  • Act as guarantor of end-to-end sales process performance, embedding both CHANEL’s strategic ambitions and market best.
  • Pilot a transversal team of functional experts in different business teams supported by external consultants.
