Job Summary

• The Behavioral Health Nurse provides assessments, support and care coordination across the behavioral health care continuum for patients struggling with mental illness as well as individuals and families seeking resources or information about treatment options.
• The Behavioral Health Nurse works collaboratively with the treatment team members and providers in the various inpatient and outpatient programs offered at Mercy.
