Teaching and training duties shall be performed under the direct supervision of the EMS Program Director.
Faculty must be able to communicate and facilitate learning effectively and work collaboratively with students, staff, and colleagues.

Key Requirements
Associate degree required
Three years' work experience in emergency medicine/prehospital care
Arkansas EMT Instructor license within 6 months of hire
BLS, ACLS, and PHTLS Instructor Certification or willingness to obtain
Current undisciplined license to practice EMS in Arkansas
Minimum of one year clinical experience as a paramedic
