Job Summary
The Director, MVH P&O Transformation plays a pivotal role in advancing the enterprise’s P&O transformation agenda, partnering closely with the Vice President of P&O Transformation to drive disciplined execution and deployment of strategic initiatives.
This role builds and maintains effective relationships across the entirety of the P&O function, including P&O Heads, COE Leads, MVH P&O, and other stakeholders, using various methods to track progress and communicate critical actions.
The successful candidate will be able to ensure P&O Transformation initiatives are deployed on time, on budget, and with all stakeholders effectively informed and taking assigned actions in rhythm and with clarity.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
12+ years of leadership experience in project management, HR transformation, or consulting

Experience in complex, fast-paced environments with ambiguity
