  • The Director, MVH P&O Transformation plays a pivotal role in advancing the enterprise’s P&O transformation agenda, partnering closely with the Vice President of P&O Transformation to drive disciplined execution and deployment of strategic initiatives.
  • This role builds and maintains effective relationships across the entirety of the P&O function, including P&O Heads, COE Leads, MVH P&O, and other stakeholders, using various methods to track progress and communicate critical actions.
  • The successful candidate will be able to ensure P&O Transformation initiatives are deployed on time, on budget, and with all stakeholders effectively informed and taking assigned actions in rhythm and with clarity.
