Key Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in RGM, commercial planning, or broader commercial/operations execution roles
  • Strong technical foundation in OBPPC, segmentation, value to market, innovation, and channel strategy
  • Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex RGM concepts for senior stakeholders
  • End to end commercial mindset
  • System experience and/or bottler experience desirable
  • Strong ability to influence in a cross functional , cross system environment
  • High analytical acumen
