The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment within an assigned territory to ensure continuity of customer operations and high satisfaction levels.
The role requires ownership of customer issues until resolution, adherence to service level agreements, and the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Key Requirements
Clean Driving License

Associates degree or certifications in Technology preferred
Recognised qualification in Electronics or IT preferred
