Job Summary
Develop and maintain an effective preconstruction program to produce conceptual and preliminary budgets and schedules, establish and maintain a list of prequalified vendors and subcontractors.
Participate in developing initial project estimates (including conceptual estimates) and schedules in consultation with the responsible Partner or Director.
Monitor quality control program activities, actual verses budgeted cost for major procurement items, and actual verses projected project durations.
