The ideal candidate should have extensive preconstruction experience, particularly in the manufacturing or industrial sector, and will be responsible for developing project budgets, schedules, and procurement processes. **

Job Summary

  • Develop and maintain an effective preconstruction program to produce conceptual and preliminary budgets and schedules, establish and maintain a list of prequalified vendors and subcontractors.
  • Participate in developing initial project estimates (including conceptual estimates) and schedules in consultation with the responsible Partner or Director.
  • Monitor quality control program activities, actual verses budgeted cost for major procurement items, and actual verses projected project durations.
