You will play a key role in structuring strategic partnerships and alliances with technology publishers and partners, including license distribution and resale schemes.
You will be proactive and solution-oriented: you will analyze legal and operational issues, actively seek adapted solutions, propose pragmatic contractual arrangements, and engage with internal teams to advance projects.
