Key Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years related work experience
• 8-10 years of demonstrated success in applying Continuous Improvement / BEx tools
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in business improvement, quality systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technical or Science or extensive equivalent experience
• Lean/Six Sigma; Black belt preferred
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards
• Willingness to travel (50%)
