Wellness Unicorn Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR & Accounts Assistant/Executive to manage various administrative tasks, including work pass applications, payroll, and employee record maintenance. The ideal candidate should demonstrate self-motivation, independence, and strong communication skills, with a focus on meeting payroll deadlines

Job Summary

  • Handle work passes application, renewal, cancellation, and appeal for foreign workers.
  • Prepare staff Employment/confirmation/increment/promotion/warning/termination letters and liaise with branch managers for all operation staff related matters.
  • Ensure staff leave/MC/attendance records are updated and check and compute payroll and commission.
