This role requires supervising departments including Asset Protection, Cashiers, Loss Prevention, Inventory Control, and Maintenance while driving sales targets.
Candidates must meet federal requirements for selling firearms and complete specific certifications including Firearms Sales and Power Industrial Truck training.

Ability to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only)
Successful completion of Academy Leadership University
