The Clinical Research Program/Project Manager will manage multiple clinical research studies and directly hire and supervise Clinical Research Coordinators.
Responsibilities include serving as the key liaison with sponsors, IRB, core laboratories, site P.I.'s, and study staff, coordinating trial initiation, patient recruitment, and expediting study start-up.
The role involves participation in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, developing recruitment strategies, and overseeing budget management and subcontracts.
