Job Summary
This position acts as a liaison between the specialty/retail pharmacy and prescribers to document, submit, communicate outcomes and appeal all pharmacy/medical prior authorizations.
The liaison will be involved in all aspects of obtaining patient access to prescribed medication and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
