Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Set up and operate CNC mills
Program CNC mills (3-axis and 5-axis)
Perform die maintenance and repair
Read and interpret blueprints and CAD data
Perform TIG/MIG welding
Operate tool room equipment safely
Nice-to-have
Support production by ensuring tooling quality
Coordinate machining schedules
Conduct in-process quality checks
Maintain accurate records and logs
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining/programming experience
