Job Summary

• The FBS Lead Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day activities related to their tower (e.g., procure to pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC), or Record to Report (R2R)) and partners with project teams and external business partners to support problem-solving efforts.
• This role provides coaching to team members, supports their development of business and technical skills, and helps individual contributors prioritize and review work while balancing their own workload.
• Key responsibilities include operational duties and oversight, continuous improvement and controls, collaboration, and people management and team leadership, with a focus on driving team results and celebrating accomplishments.
