Job Summary

• The Quality Lead, US External Manufacturing position provides leadership in the US Network Manufacturing organization in ensuring Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance of internal and /or external manufacturing plants.
• This position drives and partners with the plant-based teams to assure achievement of superior customer satisfaction, consistency, value, and food safety.
• In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of related experience
• B.S./M.S. in a related scientific discipline
• Knowledge of quality systems (HACCP, ISO9001 and FSSC22000)
• Microbiology and food safety and sanitation experience
• Auditing certification or equivalent experience
