Job Summary

• The mission is to facilitate and leverage technology scouting by gathering and evaluating information in the field of science and technology against either a pull from defined scouting needs or providing a push from external opportunities.
• Deploy Intelligence cycle to capture best-in-class emerging technologies that will disrupt Airbus future challenges by digesting extensive amounts of information from multiple flows, sources, networks, platforms, and assessing their academic/technical, economic, business, and financial relevance.
• Support and guide the innovation/research internal and external ecosystem in its development with the objective of increasing the impact (Value, Return on Investment (ROI), etc.) and visibility of Airbus as an innovative & sustainable company.

• 3-5 years experience in Scouting domain
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Aerospace or Engineering
• Experience in aerospace
• Relevant technical knowledge (AI, battery tech, connectivity, autonomy)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Awareness of intellectual property (IP) and legal issues
