  • Assesses resident health status, manages level of care changes, and provides training to new MDS Coordinators for optimum outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Good standing with State Board of Nursing
  • 3 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Must maintain continuing education/licensing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
